Motivational Adventure Speakers to build resilience in 2026

Five Adventure Speakers Mark Agnew Would Like To Hear - a keynote bucket list:

As an adventure speaker for resilience, I get to tell the story of a polar bear trying to get into my tent, and I build resilient teams that get excited about change. I've worked with Google, Heineken, M&S, BNP Paribas and many more.

But I never get to hear any of my peers speak. There’s so many great adventure speakers but who’s gonna book us at the same time?

In 2026, I'd love to hear the keynotes of:

Rob Lilwall - he cycled home from Siberia, taking a huge detour down to South East Asia and back to the UK. As he set off, the locals all warned him about bears, the winter and other dangers. No one could agree how he was going to die, they just agreed he would.

He talks about habits to foster resilience, build agility, and succeed in a changing world.

Charlie Walker - He spent a month in Putin's jail. He's been on so many expeditions it’s hard to know where to start. And that's the magic of his talk. From a dug-out canoe on the Congo to cycling across Asia, he shares a range of lessons.

The talk culminates in his arrest in Russia, just days into an expedition in Siberia as the Ukraine war broke out - all the lessons in hardship he learned along the way come to fruition in the ultimate test.

Bonita Norris Keynote Speaker - the youngest person to climb Mt Everest AND go to the North Pole - this is sure to be an epic tale! She translates her epic adventures into the 'mountaineer's mindset', to align 'one team - one goal' in the workplace.

Felicity Ashley - strap in for a hell of a tale. Felicity rowed across the Atlantic (challenging enough) and almost as soon as she got back she found out she had stage three cancer. I can't even imagine the resilience this required.

She helps leaders redefine challenges as opportunities, and helps them adapt, change and achieve their goals.

Tom Caulfield and James Whittle of the The Tempest Two- I'm intrigued. It's not often you get a double act for adventure speakers. And their story is awesome too. The pair have many adventures - Like, they rowed across the Atlantic and they climbed El Capitan, in Yosemite. The latter fascinates me - they had next to no climbing experience 18 months before the climb. They seemed to learn from YouTube, by living in Yosemite for a month and applying the virtual lessons everyday (I'm sure there is more to it, that's why I want to hear the talk).

They help teams build the mindset and habits to perform at their best—again and again.
